DRIVERS:

K&C is accepting applications for experienced drivers seeking steady employment

As a driver, you would enjoy clean, well-maintained trucks. We have an in-house mechanical staff repairing all of our equipment problems, as well as performing preventative maintenance Monday through Saturday.
Shifts vary, but begin around 5 a.m. for 10-12 hours.
Pay is based on load percentage, however this is not a "fixed" percentage. K&C drivers average between $850 and $1100 per week gross wages.
Class A CDL is required.

MECHANIC:

K&C is accepting applications for a second shift journeyman mechanic.

Our maintenance facility is clean and safe.
Mechanics need to supply their own tools. A monthly tool allowance will help you keep your tool inventory up to date.
Shift is Monday through Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Pay will be determined based on years of experience and ability.

Benefits:

Health insurance - Family health insurance is available to new employees after 90 days of employment. This includes dental coverage. The employee is required to pay 20% of the monthly premium cost. In addition, K&C Trucking offers short-term disability insurance for all qualified employees.

401(k) Pension Plan - Participation in our 401(k) retirement plan is available to new employees after one year of employment. K&C Trucking will match 50% of your contribution up to 6% of gross wages.
